Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the ViewSort website and services. By using ViewSort, you agree to these Terms. If your organization has a separate written agreement with ViewSort, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use ViewSort only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable documentation, contracts, and policies. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions for data, content, and instructions submitted to ViewSort.

Accounts and Access

Customer Data and AI Output

AI-generated summaries, forecasts, and recommendations may contain errors or require human review. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them for business, operational, financial, or other decisions.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use ViewSort to violate laws, rights, contracts, or security requirements.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scan, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to ViewSort systems.
• Do not submit malicious code, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not misrepresent AI outputs as independently verified results without appropriate review.

Intellectual Property

ViewSort and its website, software, design, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by ViewSort or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred under these Terms.

Third-Party Services

ViewSort may connect with third-party services, data sources, maps, hosting providers, or integrations. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. ViewSort is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Availability and Changes

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use of ViewSort violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or breaches an applicable agreement. You may stop using the website or service at any time.
